PB Hot Chocolate, More Food & Winners

Phew, the week went by fast! I had a successful week (as in, not too much procrastinating) filled with school work. I managed to keep up my workouts even during the busy week. I post most of my workouts here, so if you’re interested in what I’m doing, take a look.

Before I announce the giveaway winners and share new recipe I’m going to show some recent eats from this week. Read my WIAW post from this week to see what else I’ve been eating.

CIMG0229Recent Lunch: Homemade mac n’ cheese (I made it myself from scratch), peas and a hard boiled egg.

CIMG0234Recent Snack: An apple and a cup of green tea.

CIMG0214Recent Breakfast: Fresh juice (oranges and carrots) and a yogurt mess (full fat plain yogurt, one sliced banana, sunflower seeds, walnuts and cereal).

CIMG0226Recent Breakfast: Two pieces of whole grain bread topped with cream cheese and jam, a plain full fat yogurt with cashews on the side.

CIMG0217Recent Lunch: A two egg omelet with cheddar cheese, peas and roasted potatoes.

CIMG0220Recent Snack: A cookie (or two) and green tea.

CIMG0208I've been using chocolate PB2 to make homemade peanut butter hot chocolate. Yum!
