What makes today so special? Exactly one year ago I published my very first blog post. I’ve been blogging for a whole year and have been loving it!
I really enjoy blogging. I’ve made some great new friends, spent a lot of time in the kitchen, ate a lot of good food and had some great opportunities. I’m looking forward to what the next year of blogging has to offer! Thank you for tagging along, I appreciate it so much!
In todays WIAW I’m going to be sharing some recent eats.
Recent Breakfast: Protein French Toast topped with cherry jam and coffee (with milk) on the side. Delicious breakfast!
Recent Dinner: A quick sandwich, one of my go-to favorites. Two toasted pieces of protein bread from Aldi, Swiss cheese, salami and a hard boiled egg.
Recent Post Workout Snack: A smoothie (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, protein powder and cinnamon) topped with Lizi’s Granola.
Recent Breakfast: More Protein French Toast topped with a sliced banana and cinnamon.
Recent Breakfast: Full fat yogurt, one sliced banana, blueberries, sun flower seeds and Seitenbacher Kakao Düsis cereal.
